JailReport.lol is a satirical crime reporting and booking site that takes the mundane world of public arrest records and injects it with the dark humor it so desperately deserves. We’re The Smoking Gun meets The Onion, if they had a baby in a county jail holding cell at 3am on a Tuesday.

What We Do

We publish fictional, AI-generated booking reports and mugshots alongside satirical crime stories that are designed to make you laugh, cringe, and occasionally question humanity — all at the same time. Every mugshot on this site is AI-generated. Every suspect is completely fictional. Every charge is made up (though honestly, some of them sound more plausible than real Florida Man headlines).

What We Don’t Do

• We do not publish real people’s booking information.
• We do not use real mugshots or photographs of actual individuals.
• We do not charge people money to remove their fake mugshots (looking at you, mugshot extortion sites).
• We do not pretend to be a legitimate news source. We are entertainment. Pure, unfiltered, morally questionable entertainment.

Our Mission

In a world where actual mugshot websites exploit real people for profit and ruin lives over misdemeanor charges from 2007, we decided to take a different approach: make the whole thing up and make it funny.

Every character you see on JailReport.lol is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental — and honestly, a little concerning if you recognize yourself in “Crystal Methany” or “Gerald ‘Two-Socks’ Patterson.”

The Tech Behind the Mugshots

Our mugshots are generated using Google’s Gemini AI image generation models. Each fictional suspect gets a unique look based on their made-up profile — age, description, charges, and a healthy dose of chaos. The AI doesn’t always get it right (sometimes a guy booked for public intoxication looks like a Fortune 500 CEO), but that’s part of the charm.
